We are looking for a talented whiz kid to work on the back end of SMS Gyan platform, integrating telecom operator back end systems to Gyan platform.
Some of the core tasks of this role are to -
· Code primarily in PHP and/or Java
· Analyze and maintain MySQL databases
· Respond to and resolve emergent service problems, write software and build automation to prevent problem recurrence
· Review and influence ongoing design, architecture, standards and methods for operating services and systems
· Interact with telecom operators' technical partners for integrating backend systems and resolve issues in the existing systems
Skills required:
· At least 6 months of hands on experience in production level PHP and/or Java
· Experience in Linux, Apache and MySQL
· Admin level expertise in MySQL and/or Apache administration will be a plus
· Experience in SMPP systems will be a bonus
· Experience in data warehousing systems will be a plus
Competencies required:
· Communication skills par excellence
· Ability to work well in a team
· A can-do attitude and a self-starter mentality.
