• Outbound and inbound account management.
• Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
• Coordinating with customer for status on orders and ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
• Cooperating with Account Manager to determine strategic approaches for sales.
• Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
• Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process.
• Participating fully in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes.
• Target Oriented – Should be able take number pressure.
Skills and Specifications
• Previous experience with System Integrator in Customer Support, Inside Sales highly desirable.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills / Telephone Sales personality skills.
• Proven comfort with MS Office (Especially MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
• Must be Internet savvy and comfortable with using Web as a research tool.
• Prominent organization and presentation skills / Must feel comfortable interacting with Senior Corporate Executives.
• Excellent time management skills / Highly energetic and self-starter.
• Must have a high standard accountability and demonstrate level of concern for work output; must enjoy working hard.
• Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
• Able to multi-task the activities and a team player with a positive attitude.
Education and Qualifications
• Graduate / UG with at least 1 - 2 ½ Years of experience in Inside sales.
• Technical knowledge of IT Products (E.g. Firewall / Server / Storage / Anti-Virus etc.)
